The restrooms at Lido Beach are scheduled to be closed Monday, Aug. 6, through Friday, Aug. 10, to repair a water line, the City of Sarasota has announced.
One dozen temporary restrooms and wash stations will be available for public use, a city news release says.
During this temporary closure of both the men’s and women’s restrooms, the single handicapped-access restroom, with running water and a baby diaper-changing station, will be open to the public, the news release says. City staff is requesting that priority for this facility be given to those users who are physically challenged, the news release notes
The concession stand will be open for business, the release adds.
