The Sarasota Police Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying a man and woman allegedly involved in organized fraud.
Police detectives say the pair are using stolen credit cards from auto burglaries to immediately purchase high-dollar items. The retailers most frequently used are big box store chains and shopping center department stores.
Anyone seeing these suspects in a store is asked to notify law enforcement officers immediately. Any information should go to Crimestoppers at 941-366-TIPS (8477) or Det. McDowell, at 941-364-7309.
