Sarasota attorney Lobeck to be guest speaker

Sarasota attorney Dan Lobeck, who has decades of expertise in legal issues facing condominium associations, will be the guest speaker during the Feb. 17 meeting of the Siesta Key Condominium Council (SKCC), the organization has announced.
The session will begin at 3 p.m. at Siesta Key Chapel, which stands at 4615 Gleason Ave. on the northern part of the barrier island.
Lobeck plans to address bills approved in the 2025 session of the Florida Legislature that affect condominiums, as well as relevant bills submitted during the 2026 session, which began last week, a news release says.
