Big trucks and two egg hunts are in store for children at the 20th annual Big Truck Day EGGstravaganza, sponsored by the Sarasota County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources Department, the county has announced.

Admission is free for the event, which is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 26, at Twin Lakes Park, located at 6700 Clark Road in Sarasota, a county news release says.

Youngsters will have an opportunity to pull the levers and honk the horns on emergency vehicles, dump trucks and buses, the release adds. The event will also feature two egg hunts, at 10:30 a.m., and 12:30 p.m. Separate egg hunt areas will be provided — one for children ages 4 and younger; another for those 5 and older, the release notes.

Additionally, participants will be able to have their photos taken with the Easter Bunny and enjoy children’s games, the release adds.
