The Siesta Key Condominium Council has announced the winners of its 2018 Holiday Lighting Contest.

The council encourages members of the public to enjoy a tour of the barrier island to see the decorations.

Hilla Blatt chaired the council’s Holiday Lighting Committee.

The following are the winners:

Category 1 — 101 or more units:

  • First place — Tie: Excelsior (volunteers) and Peppertree Bay.
  • Third place — Siesta Dunes.

Category 2 — 51 to 100 units:

  • First place — Island House Beach Resort.
  • Second place — Crescent Arms.
  • Third place — La Siesta.

Category 3 — 50 or fewer units:

  • First place — Sea Shell Condos.
  • Second place — Sandpiper Beach Club.
  • Third place — Coquille (volunteers).

Volunteer Category:

  • First place — Excelsior.
  • Second place — Bay Tree.
  • Third place — Coquille.
