Sarasota County’s Libraries and Historical Resources Department has begun conducting a customer survey, the department has announced.

Dubbed Voice of the Customer, the survey is designed to help county staff understand how better to serve the public, a news release says. The survey asks library patrons what their top three priorities are in regard to library services, the release adds.

The survey forms are available at all nine Sarasota County libraries through Sunday, March 5, the release points out. The public also may fill one out by going onto the Sarasota County Libraries and Historical Resources homepage.
