Public invited to comment on city’s Strategic Plan
At 9 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 14, members of the public are invited to attend a Town Hall meeting that the Sarasota City Commission will conduct, city staff has announced.
The session will be held in the SRQ Media Studio within the City Hall Annex, which stands at 1565 First St. in downtown Sarasota, the official notice says.
The town hall is scheduled to end no later than 10 a.m., the notice points out.
The purpose of the session, the notice says, is for the commissioners to “receive public comments regarding the City of Sarasota Strategic Plan.”
The notice adds that individuals also “may view and listen to the proceedings via live streaming through the City’s website.”
