Event set for Nov. 14 at nonprofit’s Bay Preserve headquarters in Osprey
“Indulge in culinary delights, sip delicious cocktails, and dance the night away at the return of Big Waters Land Trust’s Party in Paradise,” which is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 14, Big Waters Land Trust points out in an invitation to the public.
The nonprofit organization, which is based in Osprey, welcomes attendees to enjoy “a breathtaking evening” in support of its mission to protect land and water for the benefit of people and nature, a news release explains.
“This year’s Party in Paradise invites guests to experience the wonder of The Living Landscape,” the release continues. The event will be held at Big Waters’ Bay Preserve headquarters, the release adds. Guests “will see the property infused with a lush, layered, vibrance celebrating the renewal and resilience of the landscapes Big Waters protects,” the release continues. Attendees “will enjoy traditional elements, including dinner and dancing, alongside immersive experiences and unexpected moments of delight designed to surprise and inspire,” the release adds.
“Party in Paradise is a chance for our community to come together and celebrate the resilience that makes this region so extraordinary,” said Christine Johnson, president of Big Waters Land Trust, in the release. “This year’s theme, The Living Landscape, highlights the strength and vitality of the places we protect, and the importance of working together to ensure they thrive for generations to come,” Johnson explained. “It’s a celebration of what we can accomplish as a community, reflecting both our progress and our promise.”
The release notes, “A limited quantity of ‘early bird’ tickets is available at a reduced rate.”
