All facilities to reopen at 10 a.m. on Saturday
All 10 Sarasota County libraries will be closed Friday, Aug. 23, for staff development, a full day of training for all library employees, the county has announced.
Patrons may access the library catalog, reserve items, submit meeting room requests and manage their accounts through the library mobile app or by visiting scgov.net, a news release points out. “Outdoor book return services will remain available at all libraries,” the release adds.
All 10 libraries will resume normal operating hours at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 24, the release says.
